Article content The RCMP made the announcement in a Sept. 2 news release. Article content Article content The 40-year-old man was reported missing from the Bible Hill area in February. Police issued a missing person release for MacGillivray on Feb. 17, noting he was last seen Jan. 16. Article content The manner of MacGillivray’s death is under investigation. The Northeast Nova Major Crime Unit is continuing to work with the Nova Scotia Medical Examiner Service.
