Score an article

Paste any news article. B.I.A.S. returns a lean band and a score with its reasoning; V.E.R.I.F.Y. checks the claims it makes. The same analysis we run on our own feed.

What comes back

B.I.A.S. — a lean band for this piece, scored against how the rest of the coverage framed the same story, never a standing label on an outlet.

V.E.R.I.F.Y. — checkable claims pulled from the text, with a verdict only where the evidence supports one. No verdict is not a pass.

L.O.C.A.L. — where the story is about, which is often not where it was filed from.

What this will not do

It will not tell you whether an article is true. It reports where the framing sits relative to the rest of the coverage, and which claims can be checked against a document. An article can be scored Centre and still be wrong, and a Left or Right band is a description of language, not an accusation.

Score an article is a Starter feature

Scoring runs the full B.I.A.S. and V.E.R.I.F.Y. pipeline on text you supply, so it is metered with a subscription.
