Aaron Rai withdrew from this week's CJ Cup @ Shadow Creek in Las Vegas due to a "right thumb injury." The 25-year-old Canadian suffered his injury during the PGA Championship and had hoped to play in this tournament after winning his first PGA Tour title at Whistling Straits.
