A fire that broke out in an alleyway near a popular Vancouver strip club last week has been classified by police as a "suspicious matter" and is under investigation to determine if it was arson.
The blaze occurred early Tuesday morning at the 2800 block of East Pender Street, just outside the entrance to the Sensations Club. According to witnesses, the fire appeared to be contained within a small structure located in an alleyway between the strip club and another building.
