Planswell Technologies Inc., an Ottawa-based software company that provided services for financial institutions, has defaulted on a $500,000 debt owed to BMO Harris Bank N.A., court documents show.
The company’s CEO, Mark Furey, was charged with fraud and failed to appear in court last year. He is believed to be living outside of Canada, according to court filings.
