Three killed in San Diego mosque shooting, two attackers dead

Three people were killed and three others injured on Friday when a gunman opened fire at a San Diego-area mosque during prayers, authorities said. The shooter, identified as 24-year-old Aaron John Robinson of Escondido, was shot dead by police after both he and a second suspect entered the Center Islamic Cultural Institute in Santee.
