Quebec-based investment firm Fonds de solidarité FTQ has acquired Canadian IT services provider Information Services Group (ISG) based in Regina, Saskatchewan, for $1.2 billion in cash.
The deal was announced on Thursday and is expected to close by the end of 2023, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions. ISG, which provides managed technology solutions including cloud services, cybersecurity, and data analytics, will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fonds de solidarité FTQ.
