Shoppers shelter in place, schools under hold and secure after Fredericton weapons call

Shoppers at a Walmart store in Fredericton on Friday afternoon were asked to take shelter during what police described as a "highly concerning" weapons report. The Fredericton Police Service said they received information around 1:30 p.m. that there was an individual with a firearm near the Walmart store located at 250 Main Street East.
