CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. - A potato disease that has disrupted P.E.I.’s principal crop before is once again testing a major cross-border trade relationship. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) says potato wart was recently detected in soil samples collected from a single P.E.I. potato field.
