Carney says ‘co-operative federalism’ is working, as Alberta preps for referendum

Prime Minister Mark Carney addressed the thorny issue of Alberta’s separatist movement in the form of a metaphor this morning — likening Canada to the Parliament buildings: currently under renovation.
