The Nova Scotia Regulatory and Appeals Board has overruled a decision by West Hants municipal council to reject the development of a wind farm by EverWind Fuels.
The 41-page decision was released yesterday, and the decision has far reaching implications for all municipalities as they grapple with controversial decisions around land use conflicts.
