On Sunday, I stopped at a gas station in Brookfield outside of Truro for my usual bathroom break after my horseback riding lesson and before I went birding at the Brookfield Marsh.
I was a bit hungry and forgot to bring my usual post-ride snacks, so I went to the Tim Hortons that’s next door. There were about six customers in front of me and the wait seemed pretty typical.
