Agnico Eagle Mines Ltd. AEM-T has temporarily suspended mining operations at the Barnat open pit at its Canadian Malartic complex in Quebec after a rock mass movement along the mine’s north wall.
The company says there were no injuries, equipment damage or environmental impact as a result of the incident Wednesday.
