TORONTO — PIMCO Canada Corp. (“PIMCO Canada”) refiled the interim management report of fund performance (“MRFP”) for PIMCO Managed Balanced Portfolio (the “Fund”) on September 2, 2026. The refiling is to correct inadvertent misstatements in the disclosure of the Fund’s management expense ratios (“MERs”). No other changes were made to the Fund’s MRFP.
