Article content In a news release on Sept. 16, OPS said the incident was alleged to have occurred near the intersection of Brian Coburn Boulevard and Provence Avenue at about 9 p.m. A woman was jogging in that area when a man rode by her on an electric scooter and slapped her buttocks.
