Article content A spokesperson for the Ottawa Paramedic Service said a man in his 40s, believed to be the motorcycle rider, was declared dead at scene, while the critically injured individual was a woman in her 60s. Article content Article content The Ottawa Police Service called Ottawa Fire Services to the intersection near Cabin and Blanchfield roads, just west of Stagecoach Road, just before 5:45 p.m. to extricate one individual from the second vehicle, which had come to rest on its roof.
