Article content A news release from OPS said Emily Koonoo had last been seen at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Sept. 23, 2026, in the 1600 block of Hunt Club Road. Article content Article content The release described Koonoo as Indigenous, standing four feet 10 inches tall, weighing approximately 90 pounds and having long black hair, brown eyes and multiple nose and ear piercings. She was last seen wearing grey pants, a black sweater and black shoes. Article content Anyone with information about Koonoo’s whereabouts or who had seen her was asked to contact the Ottawa Police Service at 613-236-1222, ext. 7300.
