By Lynda Powless Editor The Haudenosaunee Confederacy Chiefs Council (HCCC) says a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Brantford and Six Nations Elected Council (SNEC) over the “Brantford Boundary Lands” attempts to reduce the HCCC’s relationship to its unsurrendered lands. The HCCC statement, issued late Friday, says it did not authorize the agreement, is not a party to it and has not seen it.
