OPS HANDOUT Article content It was a busy afternoon Thursday for a Ottawa Police Service road safety officer along a stretch of road not-so-affectionately known by police as the “Limebank Speedway.” Article content First off, a 42-year-old driver was charged with stunt driving and speeding for doing 140 km/h, and then came a 61-year-old clocked at 145 km/h. Article content Article content Both offences occurred in an 80-km/h zone on Limebank Road. Article content Both drivers’ licences were suspended and their vehicles were impounded for 14 days.
