Article content And contrary to previous police comments, Detective Sergeant Stacey McCabe told the press that forensics have determined neither of the two guns found at the scene were discharged. Article content “Although two firearms were recovered at the scene, forensic testing determined that neither had been fired. The evidence indicates the gunfire came from one gun,” she said.  Article content McCabe pointed out that two firearms were seized during two searches conducted on August 5: “These firearms are now undergoing forensic examination to determine whether any of them were used in the shooting that night … Who the actual shooter was will come out in court.
