Article content The Ottawa Police Service said officers with its Central District Neighbourhood Resource Team conducted the operations between July 12 and Aug. 18 in response to theft concerns at the business. Article content Article content Police said they worked alongside the store’s loss prevention staff, carrying out operations at various times over the roughly five-week period. Police said the increased presence was intended to limit theft and improve public safety in the area.
