Article content Picklefest Vancouver 2026 celebrates preserving the fall harvest for the coming months. Article content Article content Canada’s largest festival dedicated to pickling and fermentation is back for its second year, taking place Sept. 12, at the City Centre Artist Lodge (2111 Main St.) from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tickets are priced from $25 at picklefestcanada.com. Article content Article content More than 40 local vendors will be on hand showcasing their brined and fermented finery from across a myriad of cultural traditions. With live music, assorted beverages to pair with every personal pickle preference and more, it promises to be a truly tasty experience. Article content Founded by siblings Adin and Eli Wener, the annual event takes place across the country in six different locations, with the shared goal of creating “a high-energy gathering of makers, flavour fanatics, and the pickle-curious.” With local participants ranging from Dank Mart and Dundarave Olive Company to Mukasi Coffee Roasters and Vankoji Foods Ltd, there is no shortage of goodies to sample and buy. Article content This year’s event will also feature a Show Us Your Pickle competition, where home picklers compete across five categories with the hopes of being awarded the coveted Picklefest top prize.
