Article content Emergency crews found the man at the scene at approximately 4:45 a.m. Article content Article content “Paramedics can’t comment on the nature of the injuries — it’s a police matter — but from a medical perspective we can say that the injuries were … going through the skin,” Ottawa Paramedic Service operations commander Kevin Montgomery said.
