Article content The veteran right-hander pitched six shutout innings, while striking out 10 batters, to earn the win in the Charlottetown Gaudet’s Auto Body Islanders’ 4-0 victory over the Chatham Ironmen on Sept. 15. Article content Article content The win gives the Islanders a 2-0 lead in the best-of-seven New Brunswick Senior Baseball League championship series. Game 3 is scheduled for Ironmen Field in Miramichi, N.B., on Sept. 17, with the Islanders hosting Game 4 on Sept. 18. Both games are 8 p.m. starts.
