The action
This 2,147-square-foot suite in an L-shaped building called Aquabella at Queens Quay and Parliament Street has unobstructed south-facing water views. The corner unit also has more space than average and many high-end finishes. Within days, the sellers received a conditional offer that was just $24,000 shy of the asking price.
“We sold it fairly quickly,” said agent Robert Greenberg. “People were actually waiting if the deal didn’t go through with this person.
“The unit was spectacular, all upgraded with Japanese [style] Kohler toilets, and a terrace with a hot tub and a fire pit overlooking Lake Ontario.”

The sale of the five-year-old unit, trading for roughly $1,315 per square foot, was helped by attractive added assets including two storage lockers, four parking spots and a separate private hobby room.
“There was one unit below, not as large, and it sold for significantly less money,” Mr. Greenberg said.
“That unit also had two parking spaces, but we had four parking spaces.”
