Emily Blake/Cabin Radio Share Behchokǫ̀’s Chief Jimmy Bruneau School entered an “internal lockdown” on Wednesday afternoon in response to what the school said were threats made by phone. The nature of those threats was not specified. The school said police were on site in response. “All students and staff are safe inside. Please avoid the school area and refrain from calling the office at this time to keep phone lines clear,” the school stated at 2:30pm on Wednesday.
