With the start of the National Hockey League season fast approaching, fans of the Edmonton Oilers can get an early look at the team during Oilers Fan Day at Rogers Place and Ice District, later this month.

OEG Sports and Entertainment (OEGSE) announced on Tuesday morning the annual event will take place on Sept. 19 from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will feature Oilers open practices, an exclusive locker room sale and a variety of family-friendly activities as fans prepare to celebrate the start of the team’s 2026-27 season that officially kicks off on Sept. 29 when the Oilers host the Vancouver Canucks.

This year’s event will begin with the Oilers locker room sale in Ford Hall from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. where fans will get the chance to buy game-used equipment, exclusive merchandise as well as limited edition Oilers gear.
