A 27-year-old cyclist has died from her injuries nearly three weeks after being struck by a delivery truck in Old Strathcona. Police are now investigating the collision.

On the afternoon of August 25, police responded to reports that a woman riding a bicycle on 106 Street was hit by a delivery truck as it headed west on 81 Avenue.

Police said the driver remained at the scene and did not report any injuries at the time. First responders took the woman to the hospital, but she later died from her injuries on Saturday, Sept. 12.
