Article content But on Tuesday, Oakey’s lawyer said the presiding officer at his client’s disciplinary hearing, retired Court of King’s Bench justice Adele Kent, had arrived at her decisions without providing reasons for them and contended she ignored A.A.’s lies in accepting her credibility. Article content “The presiding officer said ‘I believe her’,” Cory Wilson told the four-person Law Enforcement Review Board (LERB) panel.
