Article content But, over the past few years, partnerships have been growing between the Alberta carbon-capture industry and its Danish counterparts. And, in an era when both Denmark and Canada have been singled out by U.S. President Donald Trump, these partnerships are also taking on political importance. Article content Article content Article content “In Denmark and the rest of the Nordics, people are turning away from the U.S.,” said Thilde Moller Larsen, the senior international project manager at Green Hub Denmark. “Our companies don’t want to go there. They don’t want to invest. They are looking for other markets, and we are pushing for them to just go a bit further north.
