The adjacent units are still seeking buyers. “As soon as we listed it, we had an offer right away,” said Mr. Lalji. “Unit three is the most desirable of the three units. “It is an end unit, and it has a private side yard, which is quite valuable if you have kids or pets. The third floor has a primary bedroom with a gas fireplace, a walk-in closet and a six-piece ensuite. It is the largest of four bathrooms.
